We tried Loaded and had an enjoyable experience. It wasn’t busy so we were given the option of where to sit. The food came quickly. The wing it option meant we tried the different flavours on offer. The burgers were filling and tasty and the portion of fries decently sized. The interior design and of the restaurant was clean and well designed. Would recommend a visit!
Omg that fully loaded is exactly what it says on the tin...fully loaded! Superb burgers and nice location. Staff are a little nervous but understandable considering they have just opened. The owner Cameron came over and introduced himself which I thought was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend you try this place well worth a visit or 2!
We came here after lunch after walking past it many times. A great restaurant nearby Hayes Station. Food was delicious; we had a classic burger, fries and buffalo wings. I usually don't go for hot food but the wings was perfect. Burger was so tasty and juicy and the fries were crispy and hot. Defo coming back here again.

I'm not going to lie, always said to myself I wouldn't eat here as its probably rubbish But my friend and I decided to give a local business some Business. We was welcomed in by two lovely ladies and the chef also. The ladybon the tills asked eat in or take away and because it was the 1st time coming here which we mentioned, she was happy to help us with the deals and other amazing choices. They have Vegan options but we came for the meat :-)
We were sat down and given menus and after we chose I just went to the bar as more customers came in and it started getting some footfall. My friend went for the smash burger and I went for the Double Smash burger meal, again the prices are great but we also added some Cheesy nachos( defo have to get these ladies and gents). They ask you which drink you would like as it comes in can form but they give you a glass also. The food arrived not too quickly but in good time and it all came hot fresh together. PORTION SIZE ARE BIG AND THE NACHOS BOOM. The patties tasted better than I actually thought. Sooooooooo tasty. Really amazing experience and will defo be bringing friends and the children.
First time coming to this place, and the food was pretty standout compared to other option around the Hayes and Harrington area.
Full of flavour and presentation was also good, definitely gourmet. The service was fantastic, literally ordered and waited 15 mins for food.

Food is amazing here. Excellent tasty burgers, portion sizes are large and customer service is first class from entering. Recommended for those looking to enjoy a large sized juicy burger! Plenty of choice.
New management have done a great job. Chicken waffles were amazing! Sweet and spicy… loved it! And the BBQ wings were delicious! Definitely recommend going! Best fast food in Hayes!!
Visited with friends and was really impressed with the level of service received. The staff were attentive to my table's needs, got the order spot on and the food was made in record time! I was also really impressed with the size of the portions - it is very rare these days to find a food establishment that offers bang for your buck in the London area. Loaded delivered on this! I would definitely come back with friends or family for this, it is relaxed meeting spot that nicely overlooks the canal, great for catch ups!
I would highly reccomend the cheesy garlic bread is this is made using tiger bread which is original, I have never seen this done before!

Great food great service. Burger was very tasty. Likewise the rustic chips were cooked to perfection. Oh yes and those cheese bites are delicious too!
The bbq wings on the other hand could be better though, did not taste very bbq. Nice spacious restaurant and easy to get to.
I got told there was a new restaurant opening in Hayes so I went with 14 friends.
Right from the beginning the service was so good, the staff were very kind and welcoming. Considering we ordered food for 14 people it came out quicker then expected and was SO NICE!
If your a burger fan this is the go to spot.
For all my wing lovers, there's no better place!
