Just the loveliest place. Food was absolutely perfect, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Excellent vegetarian choices. Welcoming and happy atmosphere, and also really good value for money. Really worth travelling for.

Absolutely fabulous Cornish breakfast freshly cooked with the choice of fried or poached eggs. And the biggest pot of breakfast tea for two. I reckon it had the equivalent of 6 cups (possibly more as we didn't drink it all) Excellent value. Staff friendly and fun.

Duckies is an absolute gem! Had a full vegan breakfast here and it was delicious! The staff are so lovely, they seem to know all the colourful locals by name. It felt as if we’d been coming there for ages, absorbed by village and family life.

What a breakfast! Popped in on way back to Wales from St Ives, googled somewhere for breakfast in Hayle and this was top and rightly so! Perfect breakfast. Good staff. Lovely gentleman in there that lived locally let us perch on his table and had a good chat. Thanks.

Amazing Vegan breakfast. My friend had the full cornish, which he said was also amazing. Our server was absolutely lovely, I would highly recommend. We were both to full to even contemplate the lush looking cakes. I will go again x

This little place is a real gem, their food is beautiful and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend the Full Cornish and Eggs Benedict. A must for breakfast if you’re near Hayle.

Nicest meal that we have had so far on our trip. Small but very well run cafe. Food was very tasty & good quality. Priced reasonably for what it is. Staff were extremely friendly, we will probably be back before leaving Cornwall.

Based on tripadvisor reviews we popped to Duckies for our breakfast. Husband had cornish breakfast, I had a special comprising of crusty bread, spinach, smoked salmon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Delicious. Service was very good, staff were pleasant, helpful and courteous. Would recommend.

Breakfast this good should be illegal! We googled here and thought lets give it a go! Its a small, welcoming little gem and the staff are fantastic! We ordered 2 breakfasts and a scrambled egg on toast for our daughter! The chef even asked if we wanted the crust on or off our daughters toast! It was a fantastic little touch! Everything was cooked to absolute perfection and we couldn't fault a single aspect of it! Nothing was too much for any of the staff and we are so glad we spent our money at a business that takes pride in what they do!
Biggest shame is we live over 300 miles away so wont be able to have another one until next year when we return.. so until next time.. Duckies! Its been a pleasure!

The staff here are super friendly and the atmosphere off the place is great!
The food is presented amazingly and with care, and it's tastes brilliant! We had the pulled pork bun, all day breakfast and shared a waffle. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
