I like Flinders a lot. I've been many times. It does very good coffee in a calm atmosphere where you can sit alone and work if you want.

The staff have a relaxed and friendly energy about them. Everything with a smile. The coffee was 9/10 IMO, which as a kiwi from a super competitive cafe culture in Wellington, means near perfect. Thank you for making our morning.

The Breakfast options are very good and we liked everything we tried. The banana bread toast it's a simple but very good option.
The only issue was that the AC was on and it was really cold inside, to the point that was uncomfortable.

Unfortunately usually very slow, not unusual to wait an hour for food.
Also, please stop taking drinks orders, then coming back for food orders. This is odd in cafe and I've seen people leave due to this.

We came here for brunch and would highly recommend it! The place has a nice atmosphere and we were welcomed as soon as we arrived. Great proper coffee, delicious food and friendly service. Would 100% come back again.

Been a regular here since after COVID, delicious food, lovely staff and very relaxed atmosphere! Always good portions and top quality ingredients (the good egg breakfast and the poached eggs salmon are firm favourites!🤤🍳🥓) The chairs and decor could be a bit comfier but also lovely to find a dog friendly chilled place!

The atmosphere was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The coffee was great and really hit the spot, I ended up ordering a second!
The food was equally good. There were lots of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu and every dish looked great when it came out. The portion size was just right too.

The coffee is ok, the cinnamon swirl is lovely, it look nice in here but tables in The window are very sticky 😁

I've been a few times to Flinders mainly for breakfast which has been excellent. Staff are brilliant and nothing is to much trouble. Be prepared to wait though as everything is freshly prepared. Coffee is excellent too. Perhaps a few too many plants for my liking but overall I really like Flinders.
