Francisco Lounge

Thought I'd give this place a go as its local and looked interesting. I liked the decor and the atmosphere of the place. I used the app to order a burger meal and a small soft drink. The chips were cooked and seasoned to perfection, I just wish there were more of them! The burger patty was tasty, and I liked the fact that the vegetables and brioche bun tasted fresh. My only minor complaint would be the squeezy ketchup bottle was messy and not closed properly and one of the waiters appeared to be a little messy looking & too loud (no need to shout across the room). I'm looking forward to coming back to try out the other dishes. Glad to have another great place to eat out in Haywards Heath. 17/06/23 - Tried the Full English and it was divine! Best FE breakfast I've had in a while.

Had a late lunch here this afternoon. Got a very warm welcome from the lad behind the bar which was very much appreciated. We both ordered flatbread, I had the new Lamb Shwarma one which was delicious and my friend had the Beetroot & Crispy Chickpea one which she also said was lovely. The place is fascinating. .. great decor and a really great place late afternoon. Looking forward to going back 👍👍👍

Everything apart from the acoustics are fabulous. The sound level is atrocious. Don't go if you want to talk. Following up on the reply.. the hard furnishings everywhere mean sounds bounce off and affect everyone. My office at work had a call centre like this, so customers complained of the background noise. Bringing some soft furnishings in reduced the problem. Hard floors and hard furnishings produce an acoustic environment that is not conducive to conversation. Similar to when you move into an empty flat.
