Ordered on Uber Eats and McDonald's completely missed the bacon flatbread from the order and the sausage in the sausage and egg mcmuffin! Unbelievable. I love a McDonald's breakfast but won't be going to Hazel Grove McDonald's again.

Food was tasty but I paid for 35 ketchup dips in my order and even more inside but they only gave me 2. I came back in with the receipt and asked for the manager who said that I wasn’t going to get 35 dips and gave me 2 more. I’m appalled …
Had our grandchildren for tea and ordered 2 happy meals at 6.09. One and a half hours ago. No order has arrived and the expected arrival time keeps going up. Two very disappointed 3 year olds
The worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. They frequently make mistakes with orders. Today I ordered a £2 double Filet-O-Fish, drove home, and found it only had a single filet inside. Not the first time this branch has missed items or messed things up. Unbelievably poor.
