We popped in expecting the food to be OK, but it was amazing, possibly the nicest chicken kebab ever! Lamb good too. Salads, houmous etc. all home made and delicious. Staff very pleasant, all in all an unexpectedly great dining experience in Hazel Grove, would recommend.
Lovely restaurant with tasty food and friendly staff. After finding our planned restaurant no longer did dine in we had to scramble to find an alternative and lucked in with Arwad. Food was really nice and restaurant had a good atmosphere. Only slight nit pick was the mixed kebab had a very small amount of meat for the price, very tasty though 🙂
First time at this new restaurant. We think it was the best meal we have had in a long time. The food was amazing. Starters of chicken wing and cheese and spinich borek,main was slow cooked lamb with rice and salad ,also aubergine and lamb dish called maklubeh and a meze of desserts. Delicious. Teresa was lovely. Decor was beautiful with wooden clad walls and a garden wall. We always rate the toliet facilities out of 10and Arwad get an 11. Amazing experience we will be repeating
I came with my girlfriend and this place is awesome. Was a lovely place and the food was amazing, really recommended. Keep it up!! My favorite one was mixed kebab with hummus! Best combination ever!

We found this place after looking for somewhere new to eat and it was absolutely amazing!!! We all enjoyed every meal and we will definitely be going again. Everyone should go and support it. I had the Arwad chicken special and it was out of this world. The owner was very friendly, polite and did a great job waiting on us. Highly recommend to all.
Very friendly place, service was excellent, very clean and comfortable environment.
Food was lovely and reasonably priced, good sized portions too.
We took our own drinks which is good as you can drink what you prefer but they do serve alcohol in the restaurant.
Toilets are clean too.
Overall experience really good, haven't given 5 stars as would like to experience more of the menu first.
This is my second visit. I went with a couple of friends after a walk last weekend - one of them is vegan - and knew I must bring my wife who is pescatarian. We ordered 5 starters (tapas style) and I had lamb chops too. All of the food was excellent ~especially the lamb chops. We brought our own wine and paid very reasonable corkage - but that was because I didn’t know they now serve alcohol - so next time I’m going to try Lebanese red wine.The staff are really friendly and informative and we were even treated to her homemade fruit sauce with prunes, raisins and delicious spices. The restaurant deserves to be busier. Excellent service, delicious food and very reasonably priced. Thank you for a lovely evening.
The food was great,nice place and the decor is fresh and interesting.
Staff were very friendly,helpful and polite especially the young lady at the bar.
I turned up late to meet friends and the welcome was great and nothing was to much trouble for them.
