New Ground Coffee - Headington - Photo album

Beautiful coffee shop with simple three menu (espresso, milk, filter) and very clean atmosphere. It was lovely that we were able to choose the coffee beans for the filter and the staff was able to advice us on coffee based on our preference. The egg tart was really great and wished it was warmed as
Loved it. Great coffee. Reasonable prices. A little offbeat. Kind of a cool hang out zone. Helpful staff. They don't rush you to leave. The location is a little confusing. You will have to turn into the alley off the main road.
Great coffee, delicious pastries (especially the cardamom swirls) and friendly service. Can be noisy if the roaster is active
A weekly staple for me with amazing coffee and pastries. Have also bought coffee grounds several times as it is Excellent 👌 freshly roasted and ground to order
Fantastic. Best coffee in Headington by miles and miles. They know what’s up and they deserve your business. Bravo.
The coffee was nice, by a distance the best I’ve had locally. However, the service was borderline rude; the two options of coffee roast very similar (a shame given the breadth of roasts on sale); and the seating arrangement a little unattractive.
We deliver and collect here often for UPS. The coffee made and blended here is sublime, I thoroughly recommend it above all others that I have tried.. doubtless there are better, however you should try their different blends. This price list/menu as at 18th October 2022.
A simple place with a homely feel. They serve a very decent flat white. I had the cardamom bun which was delicious. Seats are limited though but they do takeaway.
I visit here often, staff are always very friendly and kind. Always good coffee and pastry available! I always make sure I have atleast one of their blends I the cupboard for the working week!
Wonderful selection of coffees. This hidden gem is a wonderful surprise, they sell amazing doughnuts and chocolate too
New establishment by the looks of things, but very interesting. Fantastic that they roast their own coffee which means you are guaranteed a unique flavour profile coffee. My coffee was excellent. I happened upon the place by accident but if you want excellent coffee with a Difference New Ground is w
Delicious coffee! I took a hand brew made of some Ugandan coffee with extended fermentation and god, I haven't had such an exciting coffee for quite some time. It's taken the top place at my favourite coffee places in Oxford. Also, the vibe is so cool! Just a huge open space with a view to the roast
A recent discovery but definitely a great addition to the Oxford coffee scene. Up there with the best. I really enjoy the lighter roasts as it retains so much more of the interesting flavours, rather than the dark roast coffee bitterness. I've ordered a few, but the Shakisso has been my favourite so
The best coffee in Oxford … hands down. The options are plenty and all of them are just delightful! You can get the beans of any of the coffees you try. The customer service is also top notch. I don’t think I will ever not go there if I am ever in Oxford! More than reasonably priced … oh and the
Fab coffee: today’s home blend added a little Rwandan(?) coffee with Columbian + Brazilian coffees.. all that South American flavour with addition of a little pleasing fruity edge.. wonderful blend, medium roast, balanced and easy to like, yet unique. So many others present difficult to like blends
Coffee and cake with a friend at New Ground Coffee today. Although the displayed menu only gives three options we were told we could have what we wanted - no problem with providing a black Americano and a decaff cappuccino. Coffee was good with a slightly fruity flavour and cakes delicious, all at
INCREDIBLE coffee bar (with roastery on site). Not only is the coffee as perfect as it can be (have had both a flat white and cappuccino there, both expertly created; shot pulled, extraction & milk stretched excellently, and flavour; AMAZING), it gets better though, as it’s coffee with a conscience
My favourite coffee in Oxford. It’s a bit far out if you’re in the city centre, but definitely worth a visit if you’re into your coffee.
