Stopped here for some food. Had the salt and pepper chicken burger was absolutely delicious. Staff are very friendly and very helpful 5*
Brash and noisy. The food was simple but excellent. My wife had the fish and chips, and the fish was huge. I had the beef and ale pie with chips. The chips were the best we have had in a pub for many years. The portions were very generous. More than either of us could finish. My wife rated the sauvignon blanc wine, too. Friendly staff.

We took a guy that is disabled here the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was lovely and a really good portion. Great atmosphere here very homeley and great music. We all enjoyed it and will definitely go back.
Just had a lovely autumn lunch here, Tomato soup with cheese toastie is absolutely beautiful, great size portions, we also had winter broth with new potatoes and a warm crusty beautifully soft bun, great pice too, we would definitely recommend the autumn menu
