Visited here for the first time had the three courses for 5.75 add a drink for a pound food was lovely staff friendly surroundings nice good quality food will definitely be returning again one day loved it
We met up with family today food was really lovely the steak was so nice & the hunters chicken burger looked amazing. The Sunday meals looked so nice too we be back again to give them a try. Definately recommend it staff are always friendly and nice really enjoyed our visit.
Amazing food brill staff with Excellent customer service can recvomend this place to anyone and everyone can deffo reccomend the double trouble gammon and the hunters chicken and hunters chicken Burger get down there try it yourselves

The Samson Blewitt! What can we say - you people rocked and then some. It was a bit tight in the stage area and to be honest we didn't think our set would go down that well - how wrong we were, you sang, you danced, what crazy bunch off fekker's you are. Thank you the Samson Blewitt crowd, you're going to take some beating.

If you want good value for your money you need to eat here. Everywhere else seems a disappointment now for pub grub. Definitely recommend, even if they are busy you never seem to wait long. Worth a visit to everyone, good menu choice.

Great pub. Great atmosphere. Good beer and quiz night is a blast. Food is always top notch and the staff are brilliant. Even for the awquard chocolate hating customers who want a strawberry sundae. Go above and beyond for all. Good to see it doing well (Y).

Never had a bad meal. Great for the kids with having a park. Find ourselves in there at least once a week. Cater for families and large parties with no problem. Brilliant

As a pub it's great, got a cracking atmosphere and the service is great from the staff. For me the letdown is the food. The burger I had was ok but not great the meat was like rubber and the bacon was tough. The fish and chips while a big portion the batter wasn't great lacked flavour and was a bit stodgy. The pint of Guinness was poured properly and tasted great one of the very best around. Would come back for drinks but probably not for the food.
The food is stunning. I had surf and turf today. It was the most perfect and juicy steak and the scampi was gorgeous. My friend had the mac n cheese. She adores it. I had the hot chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream. Stunning!!! And my friend had the chocolate sundae. It was all incredible!!
I also unfortunately had a seizure before ordering and the staff were brilliant. They called an ambulance and ensured I was OK. They were really understanding and kept checking I was OK throughout the meal. Thank you to the team. You are all wonderful x
I love it here, the staff are so friendly and helpful they make it feel like your part of their family while you are there. I honestly can not fault anything.
The staff are so cheerful and welcoming it makes it a lovely meal out for all the ages.

food and service was very good. staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. we had a young child in a wheelchair and the manager was excellent to arrange for a larger seating area for us to be more comfortable as a group. thanks for a really good night ๐๐

Food worth every penny, delicious starters as well as an amazing main course. The booze there is to kill for. Unlike any pub I've ever been too (in a good way) 10/10 would recommend
Booked here on a Sunday for my brothers birthday. Table of 6 and my 15 month old in a high chair. The welcome was the first thing, lovely. Shown to our table which was already for us. We got some very reasonably priced drinks from the bar and looked at the menu which had something for everybody. Placed our order with the lovely server and went about our day. Food came out in good time, well presented, freshly cooked and on a hot plate (which I love)
The food was absolutely delicious. My stepdad had the pie which he said was a winner. I had the cowboy burger which was one of the nicest burgers I've ever had. The desserts were superb as well. We all left feeling thoroughly satisfied. Wonderful staff, lovely service and great food. You guys made our day and we can't wait to come again. ๐

Really friendly staff with a great professional service. Good menu, good food, despite there not being a table spare, food arrived in good time. Advise people to book! We often come to Blewitt for mid week meal.

We were welcomed swiftly and shown to our previously booked table. Food was ordered and delivered promptly. Unfortunately my steak was a little gristly and dry which I canโt quite blame the chef for but overall the food was great.
Waitresses were friendly and helpful throughout.

We decided to try the pub as it was fairly local and we had received some vouchers through the post.
My first impressions weren't brilliant as I felt our table for two had been squeezed between two larger parties and I was disappointed when I realised you order at the bar as I like to sit and relax when out for a meal - not have to go up to the bar.
However, my initial thoughts soon changed as when the food was brought over to us a mistake had been made and they had cooked the wrong burger for my husband but they were genuinely sorry. So as not to waste the food that had been cooked, my husband was quite happy to accept the burger but to say sorry they gave us drinks on the house for the mistake and went out of their way to engage with us after this. We love eating out and do so regularly but just lately there have been so many places that we won't return to because of poor service, poor quality of food or staff that just can't be bothered to enter into any kind of conversation with you. We will definitely return to this pub as the food was good quality and good value for money and the staff were approachable and genuinely cared about the service they were providing. Thank you.
We came here to have steak!!It was beautiful! Staff were courteous and helpful ! They catered to your every need, and I would definitley tell all my friends to come here! We spoke to the managers and staff that were very committed to us having a nice experience! Lovely place to go for an excellent meal or drink !! Thank you Samson blewitt !!
