We spent a night at the Bannockburn Inn last week on our way from Oban to Thurso and had a lovely time! Alison is a true gem and really made us feel at home. Scott at the bar was very friendly and helpful too! We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast and our room was comfortable...I slept like a stone! A simple place, but we'd definitely stay again!

We spent a fabulous four days in Helmsdale in 2012 and spent every night drinking, eating and singing the night away with Gerry and Alison. They are both fantastic hosts and I would recommend a visit here for some lovely Scottish hospitality.
