Came here for a team night out before a few drinks later in the evening, greeted and seated by lewis, service was spot on anything we needed/asked it was no trouble for him! Credit to this restaurant! And the food was lovely and it all came to the table at once and was exactly what we all needed to continue our evening out!

Came out for dinner with my friend on a Saturday. Was really busy but Lauren our server was really attentive, smiley and made us feel welcome. She took real care in her service and made sure we had a good time and enjoyed our food.
Lewis also checked everything was okay whilst we were at the restaurant and ensured we enjoyed our experience when we left.
People are too quick to leave bad comments so credit where credit is due.
You both deserve some praise:)

Arrived to our booking late but the manger was still accommodating and seated us to a lovely booth we weren’t expecting it a due to being late we thought we would have a table in the middle, as had this kind of experience in a previous restaurant before. The service was great and Adam who served us was very attentive, the presentation of the food was good and the restaurant was clean. Will definitely recommend to others

Great Ambience, Great taste
Tried it first time in Hemel. Found it amazing in terms of Ambience. Location is anyway great with a Cineworld, and many other famous eating joints next to the place.
Overall good service, great food and taste. Helped kid with the crayons quickly.

Went in for lunch today and received amazing service from the manager, didn't catch his name but do know he's a fellow Welshman! Made me and my partner feel extremely comfortable, and made us laugh a lot. Really made our experience 10x better! The food came out fresh and hot and tasted great, thank you for having us, we will definitely return 😁

Really nice decor & atmosphere. Cozy & warm (so many places are chilly in April for some reason) which was really appreciated. Good really nice with very generous portions. Onion rings were a bit greasy. Lovely chatty portuguese waited. Free parking

Went in with my mum for a quick meal after work, our server was Sion, lovely gent, very friendly and professional. There was a couple problems with the gas and electric cookers but it wasn't a problem because Sion came out and let us know about the problem straight away, straight to the point. Great guy, unfortunately the card machine wouldn't take gratitude payment. He is a great asset to the team and made a potentially very frustrating meal, very pleasant. 10/10

We had an enjoyable meal. I think UK the was some staff missing as service was slow and the poor waiter was rushed off his feet. As we were not in a hurry it is nice to not be rushed with your food for a change. A lot of customers go to the cinema after and so around 9pm the restaurant is fairly quiet, this might be a better time to go the if you are in a hurry.
