Visited Starbucks today and was truly impressed by the superb service offered by Baristas staff Saira. Her warm welcome, coupled with a delectable Vanilla Cream Frappuccino and other treats, truly made my day. Saira’s dedication to excellent customer service turned a usual coffee run into an extraordinary experience. Highly recommended!

Great location (esp if having car fixed at Formula 1 garage). Lovely barista, bacon bap, coffee, Wi-Fi and sunny window seat. What's not to like?!

I go here because it's near work and sometimes I like to get out and have a coffee. For this it is fine. Staff are excellent.

It's Starbucks, should be an easy review!
For some reason the take away toasted sandwiches never actually get cut in half!
I had to take my coffee back as my caramel syrup wasn't added. I was told by the barista that it was but I've had enough to know it wasn't!!! He added some (more!) And it was then as it should be. Starbucks is definitely the more expensive coffee shop.
Oh, there was a time that the server would ask if you wanted a cinnamon swirl warmed up! Not anymore!! It's the little touches that make a difference.

This is a nice enough Starbucks, the drinks are good, the staff are friendly but what let it down were the toilet facilities. The toilets weren't clean and were blocked. Apart from that, it's a handy Starbucks to pop into if you're going along Maylands.
