Absouloutley amazing. They have dairy free options and gluten free options. There is so much choice and you definitely don't leave hungry. The only thing that I would improve is to go to more locations!!!

So much to choose from a great dessert menu but bananas listed too often, especially if you don't like them. Fast service.

I am in love with this place! I usually used to visit Kaspas in Watford to have a decent Cookie Dough and then tried Creams Cookie Dough which is the worst. But having found Sprinkles in Hemel was a a dream. The place is so open, the decor is nice, their toilet facilities is big enough to accommodate my wheelchair in there and most importantly the deserts are tasty. My kids even now go out with their friends to Sprinkles to enjoy a desert. Their Cookie Dough is the best and beats Kaspas so Kaspas is off my list. The staff are so friendly and polite and engage in conversation with you and make you feel comfortable. I also love their Ahmad Tea and i actually wanted to buy it to enjoy it at home too. They don't usually do that but they were kind enough to sell me the box without making extra money out of me. So me and my family are happy to have a permanent desert place that we can now enjoy and go again and again. We recommend this 100%.
