Had a very good experience here. Firstly I am someone who suffers from nut allergy’s and when you come into a restaurant sometimes it’s not a good feeling. But as soon as we walked in we were asked if we have any allergies, I knew from this moment my experience was going to be good here. We was served by James, he sat down with us going through the different options available on his mobile, this made me feel very welcoming and that nothing was too much of a problem for him. We had starters, mains and deserts in which all were very tasty. If I could of given this place 10 stars I would of!!!! Very very good!!!! Thanks to you James and thank you F&B Hemel.

A very warm welcome, followed by excellent service. My husband is profoundly deaf and Laura was extremely patient. She and the others who came to check on us whilst we were eating, made a concerted effort to ensure that we were enjoying our meal as well as the general Frankie's experience. Nothing else to say other than that it was awesome. Thank you!

Food was great. Tried the new vegan menu tonight and was so impressed. Exceeded all expectation and is the only reason the review is higher than a 2. Service wasnt great. Wasn't terrible. They weren't rude. But there was this really fed up vibe and it took so long to be seen. Took 30 minutes just to get a dessert menu. However, again, the food was fantastic, and I really rate their vegan items. So good!

Came as a group of twenty for a festive meal. We had pre ordered our food as advised by the restaurant. Service was good. We were well looked after by the staff whom did a great job making sure everyone got the right dish. I had the festive turkey with all the trimmings. That was a generous portion. Stuffing balls were dry and the pigs in blankets were the smallest I've ever seen. Overall though a good night out.

Really nice food. Bit of a mix up on one of the orders but was resolved really quickly and with no fuss. Our waiter was lovely. There was a big party in there for a child's birthday so they were very busy but the service didn't suffer. We had all eaten with desserts in an hour and half (only took this long due to us not deciding very quickly) cannot complain.
