Suna and Marc! 🙌🏼 Me and my 5 year old daughter came out of the cinema and asked for a hot chocolate, Marc greeted my daughter and wrote 'Polly loves Barbie' on her cup. Made Polly's evening! Suna was so helpful with the drinks, going above and beyond to make sure Polly's was the right temperature and engaging in lovely chats with myself and Polly. Both members of staff were an asset to your company! X

Always go to Starbucks for a coffee either before going to the cinema or just to get something to drink. The staff are amazing every single time. And the place is so clean and tidy!!

My visit tonight at cineworld, while waiting for the movie picked a hot drink at Starbucks, was served by a beautiful young man Sahin. He was very friendly & excellent communication skills alongside professional customer service. It made me feel at home. Will visit again. 10/10*

I usually go here first thing in the morning when I take my baby out for a walk. Nice chilled place to sit, have coffee and read a book or get some work done.

Staff are approachable and friendly, the drinks are lovely and food is tasty. I have seen many complain that they do not accept Starbucks cards but this is the same in every Starbucks store that is set inside a Cinema - Not just this one.
The tables are clean and the entire store is spotless. Whoever has created the artwork on the chalkboard needs a raise - it is stunning!
