Sherry & Malcolm serve up good food at reasonable prices. They are always friendly & welcoming whenever you pop in. Clean, spacious plenty of room to sit & either have a cuppa or something to eat, very popular with cyclists, workers, you name it. Large car park in front of Ye Olde Pound Cafe, ticks all the boxes.

Went here with my brother and had a lovely jacket potato. It’s a really cosy place to go with friendly staff and good food. ALSO ITS VERY GOOD PRICE!!!! SUPER IMPRESSED

Sherry and Malcolm went out of their way to serve me and my three children after a couple hours in the car. Do yourself a favour and skip the services and come here. She makes a delicious BLT, the facilities are immaculate and there is lovely seating both indoors and out.
Nice breakfast and coffee.
The sausages aren't the fancy ones you get at other places.
It is a big breakfast with loads on it great if you have a big day out planned.
I haven't been here since coming over here with the road cycling club year's ago. It's back to the days when the sisters used to own the place. Fair play to the staff for looking after their health and providing good, all round food to everyone. Clean, tidy, very welcoming. Been a pleasure coming here again.
