Came here for a friend's birthday on a weeknight. It was quiet but the owner made us feel so welcome and valued. In fact, he made it a completely personalised experience, and made clear that they would do their absolute best to ensure we had what we wanted, even if it deviated from the menu, and they didn't disappoint. The food was delicious and unexpecting.

This is by far the best place to eat in Henley in Arden (obviously our opinion of course)!
The host and staff are well trained and absolutely fabulous with customers (attentive but not intrusive). The menu has something for everyone but is classy and always fresh!
The people (customers) were all lovely and made for a decent atmosphere.
Highly recommended in Henley (and we've eaten in all of them).

Went to the Bluebell Inn on Saturday night with my daughter. It was our first visit. We had a really lovely evening.
Food was exquisite, Everything is cooked to order so there is a nice gap between courses. We can thoroughly recommend the Middle Eastern chicken and Seafood Rissoto.
We were met with a very warm and friendly greeting and atmosphere and a beautiful old building. Everything was perfect. Can't wait to visit again.
Don't hesitate to eat there, you won't be disappointed.

We booked this place after reading a couple of trip advisor reviews and were absolutely delighted with the service, food and welcome. Probably somewhere around £45 each for 3 courses with service and wine on top I think is a very good price for what I can only describe as 6 plates of very good food. We will happily grace these doors again. Seafood risotto was outstanding in particular and the fish cake starter also gets an honourable mention.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant in the heart of beautiful Henley! We had a fantastic meal last night and being coeliac I was delighted that nearly every dish could be adapted to my needs! The service was friendly and welcoming. We will certainly return when we are back in the UK!!

We love coming back to the bluebell time and time again! Ayman and the team are so hospitable and go over and beyond whenever we visit. The food is amazing - everything is cooked to order and there are daily changing specials. Lots of vegetarian options, and the sticky toffee pudding is the best I’ve ever had! Keep doing what you’re doing team bluebell!!

Absolute hidden gem ! We were keen to the bluebell as it recently had a new owner. We were not disappointed in the slightest. The waitress was so friendly and smiley!! And the owner was very friendly and passionate about his food and this gave us a lot of confidence I the upcoming food. Everything was cooked from scratch and full of flavour , I'd go back in a heart beat. It may be a little pricey for some people but in our eyes it was worth every penny. This is a really nice place to go for date night!
