We had a lovely afternoon tea in Towngate Tearoom for my grandma's birthday. The owners and staff were super friendly and the sandwiches were delicious! Everything is homemade as well. We will definitely come again!
Lovely place, nice staff. Stopped in for a tea and got to relax a bit. Classic British tea experience. Wide selection of pastries as well. I didnt order food but I saw others eating and it looked really good. Can't wait to come in for tea (booked in advance of course).

Absolutely phenomenol. We went on a really rainy dreary day and it warmed and brightened us. The food was impeccable the people welcoming and friendly. Beautiful setting - even in the rain. We even got some of their delicious frozen food to enjoy at home. 5 stars. Incredible.
