Fast, efficient service. Nice enough atmosphere. Staff were friendly and personable.
The food was good, we ordered two Biryani's as our mains, amongst other things. The food was great and came within a good time. Very happy overall.

Mid week visit, so obviously not as busy as a weekend. Only half a dozen or so people in. Food really good and the staff friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going back.

This is by far the best Indian restaurant and takeaway in Hereford. The food is absolutely sublime - every dish is made from the freshest and highest quality of ingredients - that includes the quality of meat that is used.
I wish to mention that the staff, in particular Shak, are genuinely friendly people and offer the very warmest of welcomes to ensure that you are well looked after. That cannot be said of very many eating establishments these days.

Very nice food, super friendly staff, good value. Visited for the first time but will definitely go again. From the front and by the bar it looks as if they only do takeaways or deliveries, but once past the many sofas and through the corridor, past the window where you can wave at the chefs in the kitchen, there is a large restaurant. Decor is kept to a minimum but lighting is appropriate and great for casual dine out. Also convenient for larger groups, as staff will arrange tables as required. Must book!

I'd 100% recommend Mowchak if you're looking for great Indian food! Was very relaxed, clean and modern inside. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend the Bombay special – can't remember exactly what it was called but it had chicken tikka and a delicious sauce full of spices.

Me and my partner have been coming here for almost 2 years now, never let's us down. The staff are always so kind and welcoming, and they never fail to treat us and they always find space for us, whether it be just us two for a date night, or a group of 12 even without reservation. Food is consistently delectable and we always leave with a full and satisfied stomach, every penny is well spent even if it is a tad pricy sometimes. I highly reccomend this restaurant and encourage anyone who hasn't experienced it to give it a go!

We arrived at 22.45 (they closed at 11 pm) for food after a long day travelling, they were so welcoming and kind. The food was incredible and the staff just lovely. Highly recommended.

Great food and service as always. Best chicken Jalfrezi in Hereford. Great experience made even better by the super attentive and friendly waiter Sharif. Mowchak is truly a gem of Herefords restaurant scene. Has got to be experienced

We use just eat, and we go in to order, staff go above and beyond and give great customer service. Hubby has tried “nearly “ everything on the menu, and has not been disappointed! Food always arrives hot and quickly when we order via just eat, when we order at the desk, the guys are happy to recommend a dish, and have also tweaked a couple of dishes for my hubby! Mowchak is our weekly takeaway treat. Fantastic food, staff and customer service.
