We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who allowed us to pick a table, we picked a booth. Colouring was provided for our 3 year old.
We ordered the food via the app, from placing the order to deliver was no more than 10 minutes and it was all super fresh and tasty.
We were asked if everything was okay and the staff were very helpful.
All I would say is that this location felt a little tired, from the drinks fountains to the toilets, just needs a return.

Great staff and easy online menu to pick from. Food was good too. Not too crowded around 3 pm on a weekday when we went. Has outdoor seating as well.
The food was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We ordered via the app from our table and as soon as it went through the staff were on it, brought our drinks over straight away. We really enjoyed this Nandos and will happily visit again.

A spacious custom built restaurant in the Old Market shopping centre. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and very efficient. Ideal for an inexpensive meal out and many people were celebrating birthdays etc. Parking nearby in either a multi storey or the Old Market car park. If you visit Hereford and like Nandos you will really like this branch.

Food was lovely. Freshly cooked and hot when arriving at the table. Reason for a 4 star is having menu choices out of stock on a Saturday afternoon!
Came here for my son's birthday a few days before Christmas there were 8 of us so knew finding a space for us all would be difficult, the girl was really helpful and managed to get us seated within 5 mins. We all ordered separately on the app but it all came out quickly and together. Friendly, happy service and food was great kids and adults happy.
Love a Nando's . Very fast service, friendly staff, clean restaurant and the same great Nando's menu everywhere.
