Room was clean and pleasant. Was hard to get hold of them by phone before the booking but when they answered they were very accomodating and helpful. We checked in a couple of hours early. Although the hotel is quite old and a touch tired, it is exceptionally clean. The cooked breakfast was great (Not greasy and lots of flavour). Be aware though for anyone with asthma that they use lots of air fresheners!

Took over not so long ago, decorating improvements are under way. Such a lovely big bar and great food and restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great family run business

Great hotel in the centre of town. Lovely to go somewhere and feel looked after and valued as a customer. Great spot to meet up with friends for an informal get together especially when the sun is shining. Will be back, especially for sunday lunch !

We go here for a Sunday roast sometimes. We enjoy I and it slightly different to other restaurants. Cost is good too. I would say about £12 per head would be average.
