What a wonderful place it is calm and relaxed.
The staff are warm and welcoming and it's lovely to see young people with disabilities having the opportunity to gain confidence and independence.
The food was well presented and tasted very nice.
We will be returning very soon.

Visited the newly opened life and soul kitchen cafe in Maylords shopping centre, had the most delicious chocolate cheesecake, good price for the size you get! Definitely saving some for later, I was served by Matt and he was absolutely lovely as well as great service from him! And everyone was so happy and smiley, lovely to see :) keep up the great work everyone x

Wonderful place! Giving working experience to young people with disabilities. Lovely food! Good varied choice! Huge and well stocked play area for children! Regular events held aimed at all age children.

This is a fantastic venue for anyone with young children. Very warm and welcoming, a safe space with a large play area, great coffee and cakes. There is ample parking and a number of group sessions.

Absolutely fantastic place, the volunteers and staff are so friendly, the food is brilliant, and the way they help and train up people with learning disabilities is just marvellous, oh and did I mention the cheesecake , its just heaven ❤❤❤❤❤💯💯💯💯💯 xxx

A lovely place for play and coffee. Maybe a little too many people there though! Seemed too crowded with lack of ventilation in current times but would be much nicer on a quieter day. Stagg pleasant and food and drinks great.

Lovely not for profit cafe. Super friendly staff. There is a full menu but I had homemade passion fruit cake which was gorgeous. Loads of space and toys if you are out with toddlers

This place is situated above the furniture shop, unit 1, on the industrial estate by the Range. Lovely little cafe, very friendly. Rock cakes are to die for. All food prepared by Felicity. Only been open a couple of weeks. Well worth a drop in. Also has soya milk, for those with lactose intolerance. Due to be getting Decaf coffee shortly. Would recommend this place. 😁😁😁
