Costas has always been on my top list, im very fussy but will eat from here. Always fresh and cooked nicely.

Good sized portions, well cooked, not greasy, polite speedy service, what more could you want? The fish was not the processed variety you often get and the chips were well cooked and not greasy. Some of the best fish and chips I've had in a long time.

This is very good takeaway not a cafe or restaurant. A good selection of items to choose from including Cod, Haddock, Plaice, Sausages, Pies, Kebabs (3 varieties), Burgers & some other extras. Some of the selections are starred on the menu & are prepared while you wait.

I like Costas, the fish is always in a delicious and crunchy batter and the chips are not soggy and greasy.
It's a shame that whenever I go there and ask for haddock (it's on the menu) there's never any available.
