We were warmly welcomed into the restaurant. Staff couldn't do enough to help us, especially with dietary needs. They checked back on us throughout our stay here. Food was delicious, customer service definitely made it worth the money :)

Went here for dinner with my sister as a bit of a treat. Food was yummy as always. Server asked if I'd had a good day and I said no, that's why we were there. He was very polite, offered an ear and before we left, gave us 2 free milkshakes.

Very nice ambience....the staff were very polite....they have quite a few vegan options as well....we had the luxury belgian hot chocolate & a waffle....not my favourite but it was nice.A good dessert place if your close to town centre.

Took my daughter here for a sweet treat great service and staff were all friendly, daughter is lactose intolerant and they have a good selection of vegan options. Overall a great place. Definitely recommend.

Had some time before my train tonight and having been to creams before I stopped by for a sweet treat. Different guy to last time but greeted pleasantly. Had a Millionaire's waffle and coffee. Served quickly and politely

Went for a treat with my daughter and 2 of my granddaughters, I ordered the southern fried chicken balls in a beautiful waffle. It was a really nice change from a sweet dessert. My youngest grand daughter tried it and said that it was yummy and it's what she will order next time. The service was brilliant even though the poor man was on his own rushed off his feet he remained cheerful and funny, nothing to much trouble. Well done we will definitely be back.

Recommended by a friend so thought we would give it a try for our monthly date night. Immediately felt welcomed by friendly, approachable staff.
Food came quickly and was absolutely amazing, we left very full of delicious waffles.
Nothing was too much trouble, everybody incredibly helpful from taking our order, bringing it out to us and boxing up some for us to bring home again.
Will definitely be coming back again, and recommending to all our friends going forward. A very well spent date night 😍

Delicious ice cream.
I just think that the children's menu should be more appealing, no pictures on the menu. I believe that they do like a nice ice cream like adults. Why not try a smaller version of your ice creams for the little ones?
