The Wallflower Cafe

Came by with a friend to get some food to take away as we had a dog with us, but saw that the place is dog friendly so ended up having a lovely dine-in meal! Very cosy plant based cafe, with very helpful and friendly staff! Amazing food and coffee, and I'll be popping in again whenever I get the chance!

Wow, just wow. I went there yesterday (26/05/23) with a friend as he said there’s a vegan cafe in herne bay and I’m like huh? Really!? Expecting it to be ‘okay’ like other vegan cafes can be, I was so pleasantly surprised! We ordered our food, and drinks, sat at a lovely table, and had the most wonderful experience. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, just absolutely lovely people! I had a sausage baguette, with chunky chips, with onions and ketchup, asked for no mustard. which I think was from the lunch menu. I was in love. It was so delicious I said I want to order another but I’m so full I can’t. I’m craving it as I write this! My friend had a breakfast bap from the breakfast menu which he said was delicious. We enjoyed our oat lattes with a heart in the foam and got 2 brownies to takeaway. The brownies were oh my god so delicious!! I will be taking my son and sister there next week, they were jealous to hear of my experience! My son is looking forward to trying their chocolate brownie milkshake which i saw they do but have yet to try. Cannot recommend this place enough!! 😍

We had THE most beautiful lunch here last weekend. Friendly service and lovely, freshly prepared food. I had the bhudda bowl with falafel and my husband had a lovely burger (my bowl is in the photo. It looked as well as tasted incredible). Would not hesitate to return and recommend. We were served by a young lady who was on "trial" and I thought she did so well. Thank you again :)

Drove down from London for a relaxed Saturday lunch, purely based on Google reviews. The food, as anticipated was excellent - the highlight for me was the long and slow cooked chilli which was full of flavour. Fresh and really tasty food and very very warm service. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Had a gorgeous full breakfast and coffee at the beginning of the week and as always, the food was delicious and the lovely lady who owns the cafe (and of course her staff) was a pleasure to talk to as usual. Everyone there is very friendly and the cafe itself is cute and cosy. My family and I are gradually becoming regulars. I Definitely recommend this cafe.

First time visiting this cafe with our vegan daughter, and have to say we were pleasantly surprised not only was there an extensive & interesting vegan menu on offer with specials, the staff and owner was so friendly and welcoming too..We also had a Delicious chai latte and some great smoothies aswell very impressed with quality and freshness ..We had an amazing tasty lunch which was served with a smile at a reasonable price, highly recommend you try the spanish platter, bubble & squeak, and Hot dogs...Can't wait to return and try the rest of the menu..Thank You

100% all vegan cafe! The food is out if this world. ~ Delicious! Cant wait to go back and try more from the menu. My phone camera does the food no justice to how it really looked and tasted. Best lunch ever. The owners and staff were so polite, warm and welcoming. High quality fresh food at fair prices. 10/10 you neeed to give the wallflower a try! :)
