Got takeaway chips and scampi. Didn't take long, service is fast. Staff are friendly. The food was fresh and tasted really good. Not expensive for the portion size too. Great place, highly recommend

Very nice food as usual, but PRICES HAVE SHOT UP, so we shared a fish and chips ,as this was a treat.
I'll not be able to get this for a while, though.
Disabled toilets were clean, but they've never had an upgrade , a bit tight space wise, and very difficult to manoeuvre a walker, i.e., adult stroller (walking aid for adults)
The front step is high and no Disabled rail, sane as Disabled toilets
More and more older folks want to get out, but 'no ' though has been made

Stopped in to eat as it was raining. Very friendly staff. Quick service and lovely food. Nothing wrong with the portion sizes at all as the photos show.

We had the mixed grill, which was really good. Service was quick and efficient.

We had cod and chips on Sunday at Dean's plaice and what a treat. Beautifully cooked food, fresh cod, really crispy batter and great chips. The service was excellent and the price was good.

Best cup of tea...I like it strong and it was perfect. SMALL haddock, chips and mushy peas...don't go large unless you are really hungry...I couldn't finish mine. Very friendly and efficient service. 👌

Decent fresh skate cooked to order, was a good size piece of fish too.
Lovely curry sauce too with a nice bit of spice.
Prices were good too.
