Having been a few times for meals I can recommend the food in this pub. The chicken burger had great flavour! What makes this pub special are the staff who are always friendly and accommodating. For that reason and more its a firm favourite of ours. A fantastic function room too which can be rented

My first visit here & I was quite impressed. The Scampi was very nice & cooked to perfection, & the Guinness was fresh & ice cold. The Ladies serving were very attentive & polite & extremely helpful. Would definitely visit again & would recommend for a pint & some lovely food.

I've been here a number of times over the years, but 13th Feb 2022, was the first time for Sunday lunch.
A tad more expensive than you might pay elsewhere, but the Sunday roast was excellent, as was the starter & dessert.
The waitress who served us, was very pleasant & attentive.
