Rod and Kates wedding reception Saturday night was the best. They both looked stunning and the bridesmaids beautiful The staff worked tirelessly all day and night and the food was delicious. The ice cream parlour was a great idea. Loved the music and dressing up costumes provided too. The marquee looked amazing with the decor and lights. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I nearly forgot to mention the Hog Roast. So tasty. Thank you to everyone.

We came here for a celebratory work lunch after a recent project completion. We prearranged food requests and in total ordered 9 different mains for 14 people across their classics and summer specials. The food was spectacular and high praise from everyone who came. Special kudos to the chef and the rest of the team for being so accommodating with this last minute booking. Starters and deserts were also excellent. Thanks this will be my regular lunch place for work dos, FTCA
...also pints are probably a pound less than elsewhere.

Awesome pub right on the village green, loads of outdoor seating in the sun. The chef makes great food, they keep the beer perfectly, always with a selection of top beers and gins! My favourite pub.

We’ve just found this gem of a pub in Hertford Heath. The food is beautifully home made and really delicious and the service is fantastic. For a hefty stater, try the scotch egg for something truly reinvented and unique. The staff here are absolutely brilliant. We’ll be regulars
