Lovely! But the tapioca tastes dreadful, I love the stuff but whatever brand they’re using is horrible, has a weird sour taste to it. Please change it as we love your shop

Great little place - staff are so friendly and patient, and very helpful when ordering, even offered rec⅕ommendations for new combinations / specials to try. Tea itself is amazing, and the tapioca was cooked to a perfect chewy / soft consistency. The shop was clean and nicely decorated with a small seating area, and had clear signs with the menu and directing you how to order. Would recommend :)

Clean shop, great choices, friendly service. I tend to go for a classic milk tea but I finally tried the iced coffee with jelly and it’s to die for! Only negative is that it’s quite expensive for a regular cup size.

We paid this company to visit our office site a few weeks ago and they supplied all of our staff with Bubble Tea’s and what great feedback we had from them in regards to the flavour, the service and the options they had on offer. Would highly recommend these guys for a corporate event. I have the strawberry juice with peach balls and it was good!

Finally a bubble tea place in the area and great quality to boot! Me and my siblings have tried a few drinks on the menu so far and they’ve tasted amazing every time! Not only that, the staff are always so helpful and lovely. The decor is so sleek and cute too! Love it!🧋🧋🧋✨

As someone who has watched this business grow from just being an at home business to a beautiful shop is so amazing to see. On my first visit to Pearl Milk Bar I was greeted with smiling faces and a lovely, clean shop. I have only ever heard good things about Pearl Milk Bar and I'm pleased to say I couldn't agree more. The drinks are so tasty, the service is great and you can see the passion that has been put into this business. These girls should be so proud of themselves. Not only do I love the drinks, but so do my family which had never heard of bubble tea before! This is such a great addition to Hertfordshire, just what we needed.
