I ordered a steak bake on Sunday, the staff member said we have some fresh ones in the oven. Waited a few minutes and was given the last cold one. Why get my hopes up to give me the last limp cold one, why even make me wait. Why not just say nothing and give me the cold one, at least my expectations wouldn’t be up.
Has to be the worst Gregg’s in the north east. Bacon looks like it has been cooked via sunlight every day without fail. The buns may aswell be croutons.
Breakfast is absolute dog log. How they can get away with charging £3.40 for this I'll never know. Gregg needs to get in there and sort it out. Service was good mind

I was the only one getting served. 1 person getting my order, the other putting it through the till. When I got home some of my order was missing, but I had been charged.
