The Harrow

We stopped here for lunch, and we had our dog with us. The pub is billed as a dog friendly pub. We just didn't realise how friendly it is. They were super friendly to our dog, even had dog biscuits to hand (which our dog loved!) This made it much more enjoyable to be there. Knowingly, we didn't have to rush. The staff were amazing, and the food was even better. Tasty, fresh and hot. i would absolutely recommend this pub for the food and friendly staff.

Nice place with a number of Vegan options at a fair price. The Harrow has a really nice atmosphere with an extensive menu. They have a number of vegan options, and some vegetarian ones that can be made vegan. Particularly good options are the vegan Mac and Cheese, the Edemame and Sweet Potato Burger, and the Black Bean Burger. Some of the vegan items are frozen store-bought items, but they charge a fair price for these, unlike some establishments that charge hand-made burger prices for frozen ones. They are also happy to create something or work with you if you ask. Friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating. A good option for vegans and vegetarians looking for something relaxed. The only thing is they have no vegan pie, which is a shame, as they have a number of fresh meat pies.
