What a lovely surprise this cafe is, straightforward very tasty food. I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich on granary, which was more than enough with two of everything. It was very good indeed. Helpful friendly staff and served quickly. Only thing was its slightly chilly inside, but well worth it.

Nice coffee much better than the usual chain shops. Outdoor eating or eat in options, the alfresco seating is next to the high street great for people watching. Good selection of hot foods, the sausage rolls are well worth a try.

As a stranger, fast food sandwich, with home made delicious cakes. Hygiene excellent, service in the cafe was good, happy people, good atmosphere. Sells upmarket, jams and pickles, with trinkets on display. Coffee was excellent, with cake to die for.

Great local tea room/cafe that has survived all that the past 18 months has thrown at it. The proprietors deserve their long overdue holiday and will continue to get our support. Well done all!

I went there with my daughter for lunch. The staff were very friendly and there were plenty of choices for my daughter who is vegetarian. The coffee was hot when it arrived which meant it lasted until we had finished eating. This is not always the case in other places. Definitely recommend going here
