San Remo Pizza

Very disappointing Won't be back Wanted a small..they had no pizza bases at 5pm on a weekday? Dripping wet with sauce it was terrible NOT fresh ingredients 2 kids working..no gloves..hair nets Chatting openly about chick's, bagging out the shop..very unprofessional Trying to get Instagram to leave good reviews and you can win a Night at Crown Casino Perth...they deleted the competition post and never draw any winner..so very dodgy!! Misleading and dishonest No management, run down and sad Shame as after many years in Melbourne..it was an old favourite. Better off going to Domino's for $5

Ordered Garlic King Prawn Gourmet pizza $23 and garlic bread. I received a pizza with tiny cocktail shrimps on it and very doughy garlic bread. Called the store and asked for my money back as this was not what was stated and not happy with the product advertised. I was advised I had to wait for the next day for a senior manger to call me back. Well never go there again not even managers on can do anything besides offer a different pizza no apologies just excuses.

These guys have been getting a bad rap recently because of new management. I read the reviews after ordering and was slightly worried that we would get some bad pizzas. We arrived and it seemed to be quiet, not many people around, so I'm guessing this gave them as much time as they needed to prepare 7 pizzas. And they were great to be honest! Nice and hot, properly cooked and no dripping oil. I would definitely order again. I guess it's luck of the draw and them not being too busy. Otherwise when u go to pick them up, say something if you're not happy.

What a great disappointment 😪 Ordered The Works with no anchovies and got an oily tastless pizza covered with anchovies 🤬. Gourmet satay chicken sounded delicious but was burnt, oily and lacking any flavour whatsoever. Their crispy garlic cheesy bread was store bought and doughy with the tiniest amount of cheese on it. All in totally disgusting! Will NEVER go back !! 🤬🤬🤬

It's never to late to turn thing's around. Lived in Hillarys since 87, want a good pizza go to San Remo. Start today to make the best pizza in town. People will not always tell you, your pizzas are not up to scratch, they will just not come back. There are some great pizza's in Perth go and buy one and make them in Hillarys we all want to support you but you need to help us.
