Dough Pizza

Refreshing is the word I'd use for this pizza. Great flavor, great dough. I am not usually a big fan of Calamari, but this was very good! Enough crunch and not rubbery inside. The carbonara lunch special was good too. I cant remember the last time I had a basic pasta like a carbonara and said at the end I could go for more. The sauce actually tasted cheesey, which you don't always get. Overall it was a nice casual place for lunch. I'd go back if I was in the area and craving pizza

Best garlic bread I've had in Perth. Also got spaghetti which was amazingly good. The owner was so friendly and nice. Kitchen is right in front of your eyes. So u can see how chef is making your order. Something I've rarely seen in any other cafes. Loved its atmosphere, staff, food, music and location. It's right next to event cinema. So handy for a nice meal or coffee after a movie🤗🤗🤗

Great atmosphere and service, delicious wood fired pizzas. Even with the outdoor tables the heaters do a good job on a cold night. They also do a good selection of home made pasta and desserts. Price is midrange with most pizzas around $25-27. My pizza base came out a bit soggy so by the time I was half way though it was falling apart - still tasty. Would be been nice to see a Tabasco bottle on the tables!

Consistency is key here. This place has consistently amazing food. It's the best pizza in Perth. It's fresh, the ingredients are incredible and it is truly delicious. Another thing it's consistent with is a bad dining-in experience. I have been many times (because the pizza is amazing and sadly, I now account for the below) but do not expect to get your food within 30 minutes. Yes, from the moment you order, expect to sit there for half an hour. This happens every time. Why? I assume that because it is so quiet and awkward for dine in, that to make the venue look busier for longer, they'll have you sit there waiting for longer. It's the only explanation I can think of. It's a systemic issue with getting food (and people) in and out the door quicker. I know they can make the food quickly - we have sat many times and watched them - it's just that they don't. It's also important they understand who their customers are. If they made the food and brought it out within 5-10 minutes, I have no doubt we'd spend more there too; if I could trust they'd be fast, I'd easily have the time to enjoy entree and/or dessert, and because then the entire experience would be friendly, attentive and engaging, I'd return more often too. So, look, go and enjoy the pizza - it truly is amazing, just be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait for it.
