I've always wanted to stop here and finally did. Breakfast was good. I initially got the sausage omelet but ended up trading with the hubby. His ham omelet was real good. Wasn't a fan of the sausage. There were a lot of people there and just 2 waitresses so the service was a little slow. Now for the caramel rolls. I got a cinnamon roll and a caramel one. $3.75 each. They are huge but I am sad to say, I did not think they were that special. I had to try it. They also have a cute little store with baked goods and Minnesota love.

I stopped here for the first time today on my way to Duluth after seeing someone recommend it on TikTok. This is a solid spot for a tasty meal at a great price! The portions here are huge! For $13, I received a generous portion of corned beef hash, eggs, hash browns, and a cinnamon roll. The food was a bit under seasoned for my liking, but it was still pretty tasty. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here, but I’d definitely stop again if I was in the area.

Tobie's Restaurant smells like a nursing home, serves food just about the same quality as a nursing home and is an outdated, unattractive restaurant. The only thing that redeems the establishment is their bakery. The jalapeno cheddar english muffins are wonderful as well as most of their baked goods. The gift shop sells overpriced clothing. My server was friendly and attentive.
