As Costa's go, this visit was actually alright, friendly staff, cleaned tables, coffee was hot, the basics of a good visit and often for this brand, something they get wrong regularly at other stores (Lutterworth for example), but well done to the team at The Crescent, you're doing a great job if delivering the expectations.
I ordered a drink here last week. The cashier got my order wrong and it took 15 minutes for them to finally make it. They ignored me and carried on serving and making drinks for customers and I just stood there baffled. Still stood for 10 …
