Was not too busy today, plus they had at least 3 staff working.
First time been in the Castle Street Hinckley branch but won't be the last. Had great Hot Cross Bun Cappuccino and two Rocky for £2.35. Well had freebie coffee anyway!! Great value , decent chap who served me and overall pleasant and clean place.

Tracey and ellis were so lovely and attentive, they made sure my order was completed after an issue with the Uber eats driver. I also received two free lemon muffins as an apology due to the oven having technical issues. Thank you so much! :)
Costa is a nice place to go on a calm afternoon out. I would recommend taking one or two people with you when you go but going on your own is fine too. Sometimes it can take a little while to get served though because of the queue from the popularity 😁
Well it’s a standard costa, always busy and behind the counter always looks like a bombs gone off but that’s just volume of business I suspect. Staff are friendly and more importantly coffee is ok. Only draw back is it’s hard to get seated sometimes.
Always friendly and helpful throughout the takeaway service period. Cheerful greeting and quick service each time I have visited.

The staff were all friendly and smiley, despite being very busy, the manager is new and said hello, she was lovely. Great customer service
This new build forming part of Hinckley's New ' The Crescent' Shopping experience is far more industrially structured in it's internal features more lofty in ceiling height which probably loses some of the more intimate atmosphere of Costa on Castle St. But the tea,coffees and arrays of healthy smo

Great Coffee at a great Central Location. Seats outside for those who wish to enjoy a cigarette with their coffee or enjoy the fresh air while eating one of the great cakes or sandwiches on sale
