First time been in the Castle Street Hinckley branch but won't be the last. Had great Hot Cross Bun Cappuccino and two Rocky for £2.35. Well had freebie coffee anyway!! Great value , decent chap who served me and overall pleasant and clean place.

Tracey and ellis were so lovely and attentive, they made sure my order was completed after an issue with the Uber eats driver. I also received two free lemon muffins as an apology due to the oven having technical issues. Thank you so much! :)

Absolutely lovely staff, helped make a table clean so I could sit with my baby sister, can not thank them enough for making my life easier in the midst of so much chaos that is the world right now
