Food was delivered cold! Took over an hour to get to me! Customer service awful! Meat extremely fatty! Coleslaw is some kind of baby food? Won’t be going back! Going to the bank to reverse the payment!!

Ordered a Kebab for delivery. It arrived 20 minutes late. Was really too small too share even though the price was exorbitant. The kebab itself was actually really bland with a weird tang, the chips were overdone and the sauce was horrible too. I will never order from here again and would suggest you don't either.

Absolutely disgusting service. I am a regular customer weekly and order for a multiple amount of clients whom are in support living that suffer from severe anxieties, autism’s and other mental health disabilities. I telephoned Chefs Takeaway one Tuesday evening and was cut off rudely. Upon thinking that it was a poor service I telephoned them back and stated “Sorry I think the poor service cut us off” the ‘man’ that dealt with my call said “I am dealing with a customer.” I stated that it is still not acceptable or good quality customer service to cut off orders. To which I was then rudely cut off again with the response “What ever”. I telephoned them once more from another number as they were cutting off my phone calls on the previous number. I stated their customer service is appalling and disgusting as they did not want to have a customer order over the phone. I explained that they should make the effort to deal with multiple orders and should have somebody on the phone ready. I explained that nobody should ever deal with customers in such a manner. The man replied “Ok what ever pal I’m not interested.” Disgusting service. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

Food arrived early and left on doorstep as instructed. Unfortunately the food was horrible pizza crust was stale and sauce was disgusting. Also the menu did not state spicy beef for one of the toppings and was very hot.

Horrendous service. I use to eat at chefs all the time. Until a few weeks ago when I found a lot of hair in my food. I gave them another chance and ordered from them again my pizza was cold and the next day I was ill. I swore I would never eat there again. Then tonight I decided to try one more time I Rang up and asked for a takeaway for delivery. They hung the phone up. Then I rang again and ask to order some food they told me they was too busy to cook what I wanted. Shocking service rubbish food.

Great when your pissed or stoned. All the standard takeaway food is good. They also serve some mexican dishes which makes a change from all the other takeaways in this town, though the range of dishes does seem to be slowly diminishing. Recommend the jalapeno poppers.

Pizzas and chips taste like cardboard, the naan bread kebab is so dry its falling apart obviously microwaved don't use them I'd rather eat my own feet

Stated opening times change at a whim. Called at 02:30 at the end of my shift on a Saturday night for a collection order. Nobody answering the phone. Drive past and lights still and staff inside closed an hour before stayed times. Obviously don’t want your business will go else where from now on.
