Ordered a takeaway last night. First thoughts was a little on the expensive side. However, when food arrived, it was outstanding. Large portions and meat was very fresh and succulent. 10/10 from us won’t be ordering from anywhere else.

The food is always top notch. The pancake curry is my favourite curry in the world (as a vegetarian)

Been coming Mahabharat for YEARS. I moved out of the UK about 5 years ago but back visiting friends and family and I've had a take out and been to the restaurant just this 1 week.
It's good to be back in Wigan and get a great quality curry.
Venue here is awesome, food has been consistently great for years and the guys running it give great service.
Free parking around the back too.
100% recommend.

Fabulous food and service staff are very helpful and friendly very clean restaurant caters for all family members children included nothing to much trouble for the staff

Had a lovely meal with family, service great, didn't receive change after paying bill, waiter didn't come back, so be careful

Love this place, it isn't the cheapest for takeaway but by far the nicest in Hindley.
The mixed starter is a must an excellent selection of tasty eats with side salad and mint sauce. (I have been known to have 2 instead of a main meal).
The curries we had were as described and there was more than plenty.
Rice and accompanyments were also very tasty!
My only comment would be could they possibly look at a reusable alternative to the foil containers that have to be thrown away. (Love the reusable dip tubs)
