Nice place. Great for parents and dog owners. Spacious for prams. Food is ok. Expensive for the quality. But it does have a great atmosphere!
Great place. I came in with a friend during their busy time and with a x2 prams and staff was friendly and very helpful. Luckily we didn’t have to wait for a table, we wer seated straight away with lots of room for our prams.
They did tell us that because it’s very busy the food will take time which was fine. Food arrived much faster then I expected (no complaints there)
I’ve only been ordering tapas (which are amazing) but I’m sure the rest of the food on the menu is just as good.
I would definitely recommend this place and will be back soon 😁
We had a very nice meal on a quiet Monday evening. Took advantage of the meal deal with drink or dessert included. Good value and friendly efficient service
What a lovely chill out spot in Hitchin. Food was delicious. staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Ordered a latte with oat milk and Shakshuke, both came to the table quickly. For the price, two drinks and the shakshuke for under £20 I was really surprised with the quality of the meal, wasn't too spicy but a nice heat and the eggs were poached to my liking, having firmness on the outside and a soft gooey centre.
Nice atmosphere and just off of the centre. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
This is the 3rd "Lounge" that I've visited so far and it's just as good as the others. Friendly, quick service & great choice for gluten free, vegan & vegetarian diets. Dog friendly indoors & out. Child friendly with high chairs & table activities available. Disabled toilet and baby change facilities. Parking is on street, or in one of the pay & display car parks nearby.
Really friendly and nice staff, we came in at prime lunch time and we were told there’s a wait time. We did have to wait about 35 minutes but we were given complementary drinks with apologies. The food was definitely worth the wait. Very nice place with great food!
A birthday meal for my friend on a Monday evening. It was really nice to celebrate and the food was ok. On Monday night you can have a pudding on them if you buy a main meal but you have to mention that when you order the main meal which we didn't because we didn't know. (This should have been asked if we wanted it) At the end of the meal we went to order the free dessert. As we didn't know the above the manager said we couldn't have the deal.
After mentioning that we wanted the head office phone number the manager approached us again and asked us why.
We had a conversation, he said as there was confusion he would then give us the dessert. Why couldn't he just do that in the first place.
Friendly and attentive staff. Varied menu to sort all palates. Couldn't have been more helpf6when our meal came and one dish wasn't what we ordered. Apologies and the correct meal came promptly. Fantastic service.
Warm welcome and creative and imaginative decor. The staff were efficient and helpful, prompt but not pushy. We felt as though we could have stayed longer. In short, a great place for coffee, a light brunch or something more substantial. Worth such a large menu you’ll be spoilt for choice. I would definitely sell this joint out again if I were to visit again. Loved it.
