Hitchin is a lovely store, it’s relatively small but still well stocked. The shelves are always well stocked and everywhere is very clean. The staff are always very pleasant and happy to help. I love the quick scan option as it means I don’t need to unpack and repack bags, occasionally you will get a random rescan where they have to scan items in your shopping, which is fair enough.

One of the strengths of Waitrose & Partners Hitchin is its selection of high-quality, fresh produce. The fruits and vegetables are always well-stocked and arranged neatly, and the variety is impressive. The bakery section is also worth mentioning, with an assortment of freshly baked bread and pastries that are sure to please any taste buds.
