I recently visited Oh My Cod in Letchworth and was thoroughly impressed by their outstanding customer service. I was greeted with genuine smiles and a friendly attitude. The team at Oh My Cod truly knows how to make their customers feel valued and appreciated.
The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the quality of the food. The fish was beautifully crispy on the outside, while the meat inside was perfectly cooked and tender.

The girls that served me were amazing, it was a busy time of day but they still did amazingly to get everyone served promptly, however the gentleman who was cooking was extremely rude infrunt of customers to the poor young girl who was doing her best

Was very busy when I went in with staff fulfilling a big order and deliveries but very sweet girl on the counter was really nice and efficient and polite apologising for any wait (didn’t catch her name but she had a hearing aid) fantastic employee with great customer service!
Regular fish is much bigger than deep blue large portion and much fresher chips will defo make this my new regular place after being disappointed with most in town centre!

This is the best place ever to get fish n chips, its always fresh, batter is amazing as are the chips, delivery is always on time or earlier, would not go anywhere else!

Always great to have the occasional treat with their chips and mushy peas.
Also what’s brilliant is they fry chips in their own separate oil! This men’s people with fish allergy can actually have them.
