For what is essentially a burger and chips restaurant, the food is excellent. Highly recommend the buttermilk chicken burger, and the millionaire shortbread was amazing.
The young ladies serving the tables were all naturally friendly, and the place welcomes dogs too.

Amazing cocktails, I've never seen cocktails presented so beautifully and they were delicious. Even better with 2 4 1 on Saturday afternoon, sat outside in the sunshine

Fantastic friendly staff really quick service, had the tapas dishes they were so tasty and to top it all off they had a fantastic lady singer. Great Sunday afternoon, love the secret garden. Thoroughly recommend you give this place a try

First visit and definitely will not be my last. Everything was amazing from the moment we stepped in. The servers were extremely lovely and food was delicious. Those starters especially the prawns almost had me licking my plate 😂. I mean great food and excellent customer service....you can't go wrong !!!

First visit to Cinnabar. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was fast and delicious. They were happy to adjust the order as I'm not a fan of mushrooms. I sat out the front. It was so peaceful watching the world go by. Would highly recommend. Will be returning next time I'm in Hitchin

Great night at Cinnabar. Super friendly staff and great cocktails, some were a little delayed which is only reason not 5 stars and they did apologise profusely and give us a free glass of fizz to make up :-) nice sharing boards at good price. Would recommend :-)

Really great bar! It was our first visit and we loved it. Great atmosphere and the staff were friendly and really attentive. We only went for drinks but the food menu looked great! will be returning!

My knitting group Hitchin stitchin go each week to Cinnabar. They are so welcoming the staff are lovely and so helpful. The coffee is good and food wonderful.we are very pleased with our new home .

A very nice venue with a good variety of lager and ale on tap. I didnt eat but the food on the table next to me looked and smelt very nice.
The staff are all very welcoming and friendly, I'll definitely be back.

Good for drinks and cocktails and gets really busy in the evening with a young crowd but still quite covid safe. Staff were quick. But I won't be going back for food which was pretty average.
