Dynamic Rides

It's changed a bit since Covid for the better. Looks great in there. Had my rear mech serviced a few years ago, which they couldn't sort. I then had to take my bike to red kite. I left a very poor review. Went in there today, 3 May 23. New staff, a fresh new attitude and approach to customer service. They swopped my snapped chain and did a quick check over. Absolutely superb customer service.

Great and effective rapid repair to get me back on the road. Bottom bracket failed at weekend so took it into the shop on the Monday to ask that they get me back on the road asap. the ceramic bearings would take a whole to get so the mechanic fitted a steel bearing race for the next week to get me riding again, and will fit out the higher spec ones when available. Excellent service and on a day when the shop is normally closed. I couldnt have asked for better.

23.3.2020. I encountered a puncture while on the canal towpaths. My Voodoo MTB was absolutely plastered in mud! I wasn't far from DR so I popped in and asked if they could help. The guy in the shop could not have been more helpful. He had to completely hose down the wheel/tyre which took considerably more time (More mud than wheel/tyre!). I was very impressed with the friendly service, moreover I wasn't charged any more than their standard charge- BRILLIANT!!!

Thanks to the team at DR. What a great service from start to finish. Made buying my new bike (when I wasn’t sure what I needed) so enjoyable. Matt, Tom and Alex were all so helpful and their advice was really informative. Also recommend the full bike fit from Ian. No excuses from me anymore. The bike fits like a glove. 👍

I have been using Dynamic Rides for just over a year now. During that time I have had my bikes serviced by them 3 times and each time they have come back like new and on one occasion they squeezed in a Same Day Service when I had forgotten to book my bike in ahead of a cycling holiday. I have also had a Retul bike fit done by Ian at the shop, which not only corrected knee pain I was experiencing during longer rides it also corrected a long term problem which two other bike fits had failed to address. I have bought all manner of things from the shop during this time from clothes to new climbing wheels and each time I have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to buy from. All too often people think value for money is only the price at which something is sold for. Yes I’m sure I could have bought all of my purchases cheaper online, but without Dynamic Rides’ expert advice I would probably have bought the wrong things or stuff that I didn’t need which would ended up gathering dust and being far worse value for money.

My brother in law and I had set out on a ride around Earlsden and Hockley Heath last Sunday. It was my first ride for 5 years and was riding a recently purchased racing bike. On our way back we happened to pass by Dynamic Rides. I had been feeling that I my seat was too low so we decided to pop in. I was duly greeted by a member of staff who happily adjusted my saddle and gave me some pointers on riding position. I took the opportunity to pick up a reasonably priced multitool and we stayed for a brew. We were both really chuffed with the friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. It is clearly a popular place for local cyclists as may 8 other people showed up after us.
