I walked into Costa a bit down but Maisie and Kat were both able to lighten up the mood with their brilliant service. Hence, I will not hesitate to pay a visit to this Hoddesdon Costa next to Morrison whenever I’m in the area!

It's a Costa coffee. You get what you would expect of the chain in terms of product. The service is efficient and friendly.

Good coffee, average food, lots of precooked stuff, they have an outside seating area, but not somewhere you can really relax, shame they don't allow pets inside like many of the other coffee shops in town.

Went in to redeem my frappe voucher to day,,the staff were so helpful I was actually amazed the young lady that served me greeted me with a smile which is so unusual now days.
The shop was extremely busy but the tables were cleared and cleaned as soon as they became vacant.
Full marks to the manageress Fatima and her staff.

Coffee with a smile. You know what you're getting; coffee and snacks. 3 (masked) customers allowed inside at a time at the moment. Big screen up in front of the till and food. 2 small tables for 2 (max) outside. Hopefully back to normal soon.

The staff in the Hoddesdon shop are always so nice & friendly. I have been going to this costa since it first opened and the staff have always been lovely. The store is always clean & tidy.
