Love the coffee at Nero. Friendly staff who remember my usual but always offer me something new to try when new options come in. Great reward system. Always bring my own cup for double stamps and earn my free drinks faster.

The service and coffee here and at other Nero outlets is among the best of the chains.
It's a bit strange and disappointing that they're marketing the limited run winter drinks, but never seem to be supplied with all the ingredients, e.g. they still don't have the brownie pieces for the seasonal hot chocolate.

Best coffee for flavour, usually great service and nice food choices. They really could do with adding more variety of food choices occasionally and a seasonal refresh. In terms of remaining consistent they change the least out of all the similar coffee shops, but when you don't change anything, people then concentrate on how the decoration deteriorates or other minor details plus staff morale is hard to maintain which sometimes shows.
