Had a fabulous meal last night ! Lovely freshly cooked food for hungry party of 5. We are local, but visitors were really impressed with their meal and the friendly, efficient service. Great value and can't recommend highly enough. Atmosphere was very friendly and cosy.

We had a great meal at Don Alberto during an overnight stop in Holmes Chapel whilst travelling to the Lakes. Outstanding service was the highlight, the guys brought around water because it was such a warm evening and kept everyone topped up. Even offered to have our choice of music on since we were the last people dining in the evening. Meal itself was also brilliant, we had arancini starter and pizza and ravioli main. Couldn’t fault any of it - came in good time and tasted brilliant. They also do a nice house lager and good wine (not super expensive for either). Very reasonably priced everything considered. Would definitely return if I was in the area again.

Lovely restaurant local to my grandparents. Food is always lovely and comes out quick and hot. Only disappointment is that an Italian restaurant doesn’t have a coffee tiramisu on their dessert menu!
