Lou & Joe's Burger Co

I love Lou & Joe's, whether it's a collection or eating in its always a good consistent experience. I have been frequenting for about 3 years, and the biggest issue I've ever had was 1 time they forgot a dip. That's it. It really is worth going. I would say it's a bit pricey, but in all honesty, everything is now, and at least you're guaranteed great food and actually get filled up. The buffalo loaded fries are a favourite of mine, and nowadays, I usually go for one of the special burgers to mix it up, too. Great service every time, great atmosphere. There's not a lot more i can say.

Absolutely loved our visit to Lou and Joe's (so much so that we visited a second time a couple of days later, something I'm normally really against when exploring somewhere new!). Food is delicious, staff are friendly & welcoming, and price is more than reasonable for what you get. It's dog friendly (excellent for us, as we were travelling with our pup!), and they offer a great selection of beer. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed, tasty spot for dinner.

We're regular visitors to Lou and Joe's, and try to make it across every few weeks. When we found out via Instagram that they had added some new menu items and also switched chicken thighs for breasts we couldn't wait to get back in there and check them out. Once again we were not disappointed - fantastic burgers - great to see The Oklaholmie make it permanently onto the menu - and the poppers are a welcome replacement to the wings. Oscar served us today - and just like with everyone else we are always welcomed with a warm smile and "good vibes" - I even have the hoodie that I'm too scared to wear in case I drop food down it 🤣 Great job everyone, we'll be back soon 🤤

Great indie burger place! Big menu with some unique combinations and the option to make all of the burgers vegetarian (I can recommend the veggie pattie they use). Portions are sensible and everything is really flavoursome and balanced. Staff were friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome. Perfect for a treat when visiting Holmfirth - believe the hype!

Best burger place we've ever been to by far! The food is delicious with lots of options.. many drinks to choose from and they even serve ale's which is a huge bonus for us especially at those prices. Fantastic value for money! Tired of paying £30 for a restaurant burger.. go here it's far better. Atmosphere is lovely and the staff make the place even more inviting and friendly.

Well, what a brilliant surprise of great atmosphere, fantastic service, blooming fast and tasty food and such kindness. Not from the area and staying for a birthday 🥰 last minute booking but please plan ahead as was busy on a week night. Service was fast but the wait staff were excellent at making you feel welcome. We had a boss burger and a mccukky .. probably spelt wrong... and wings... all yummy and well priced. I had a badge showing my birthday and as a complete surprise was served a brownie and ice cream ...with a sparkler WOW... how kind and thoughtful was that. Thank you guys for a great night. Love this place.
