Good food traditionally cooked, great value for money, huge portion sizes. But they offer smaller portion or sharing plates too. Really good customer service, but the restaurant area was not heated and the seat was uncomfortable, so we didn't stay longer than the meal.
OMG iv not had pork belly like this since australia 😍 you gotta try it , the sauce was amazing i even got a little takeaway portion for home it was that good, the steak and ale pie here is to die for and the best around these parts 😋 the brie was delicious with the chefs special batter 👌 service was awesome Harry and his team were class , great product knowledge whilst at the same time training a new member of staff who was also lovely, 10/10 for food and beer 🍺 good on ya guys ❤️🍺
Great tea time meal this Thursday at 6:30. Steak and Ale Pie was the best and the chips are incredible. Sponge pudding and custard to finish - what more could I ask for. Service was fantastic.
A great country pub serving gorgeous homemade food. Very friendly staff who looked after us. We've put this pub on our 'Drive out for Sunday lunch' list.

A deceptive gem! The pub is pretty standard but the food if first class. Saw the reviews and thought we would give it a go, was not disappointed! There is a lot of competition in the area which is great, I would highly recommend this pub and will definitely visit again.
